1. Customization Process
Step 1 Confirm Requirements We confirm all details with you, including fabric, color, size, quantity, logo/printing pattern and printing position.
Step 2 Quotation & Lead Time We provide official quotation based on order quantity, fabric and craftsmanship, and confirm production cycle and delivery time.
Step 3 Draft Confirmation We make free design layout and send high-definition drafts for your confirmation. Production will not start until the draft is approved.
Step 4 Sample Confirmation Pre-production samples are available for checking color, printing effect and workmanship. Mass production starts after sample approval.
Step 5 Mass Production & QC Bulk goods are produced strictly according to confirmed samples. Every piece is inspected for stains, wrong printing and stitching defects.
Step 6 Packaging & Delivery Products are well packed and shipped after final payment. We provide tracking information and after-sales support.
2. Important Notes
Size Note Standard sizes XS–XXL are available. 1–2 cm manual measurement error is normal due to fabric elasticity.
Color Difference Slight color difference may exist between screen display and physical goods due to light and monitor difference. Bulk order follows the confirmed sample.
Craft & Design We support screen printing, heat transfer, DTG and embroidery. No random design change is allowed after sample confirmation to avoid extra cost and delay.
Order Rule Production starts after deposit payment. Cancellation or quantity reduction during production will cause material and labor loss.
Washing Instruction Cold water wash, reverse washing, avoid strong rubbing on printed areas and high-temperature ironing to protect patterns.
After-sales Policy Free re-production or refund is supported for genuine quality defects. No return or exchange for wrong size selection, manual damage or customer revised designs after confirmation.
